We (hereinafter referred to as "this Application" or "we") are fully aware of the importance of personal information to you.   2. Device Information: To ensure account and system security, prevent malicious programs, combat cheating, analyze crashes, improve service quality and optimize message push delivery, we collect the following device-related information:

Purposes of Collection:

  1. Android_ID, OAID: Used for generating device unique identifier, account security verification, abnormal login detection, fraud prevention, anti-multiple-account, crash log attribution, and log analysis.
  2. Device Serial Number (SN): Only temporarily read locally for device compatibility judgment, crash problem positioning, and application stability assurance; not uploaded to the server, not shared externally.
  3. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned device information, we may be unable to provide complete security protection or optimized push services for you, but this will not affect your use of the core psychological companionship functions of this Application.
  4. Usage Data: We collect log data of your use of this Application, including but not limited to access time, accessed pages, click behavior, dwell duration, interaction records, etc., to analyze service usage and optimize experience.

Collection Timing: All device information collection is performed after the user agrees to the Privacy Policy. Before the user agrees, we will not collect any device identifiers or personal information.

II. Use of Information

The information we collect will only be used for the following purposes:

  1. Service Provision: Browse content on the Moor AI platform and conduct intelligent human-computer interaction (including but not limited to text, images, videos, sounds, etc.).
  2. Experience Optimization: By analyzing usage data and device information, continuously improve application functions, enhance stability, and optimize push content.
  3. Security Assurance: Ensure normal operation of the Application, detect and prevent improper use, malicious attacks, and abnormal behaviors.
  4. Legal Compliance: Disclose information to relevant authorities as required by laws and regulations or at the legitimate request of government agencies.

III. Storage and Protection of Information

  1. Storage Location: Your personal information will be stored on secure servers within China, and protected by technologies such as encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and storage encryption.
  2. Storage Period: We will retain your information for the shortest period necessary to fulfill the purposes of collection, or as required by laws and regulations. If you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time (except as required by law to retain).
  3. Information Security: We implement reasonable technical and management measures to protect your information security, but there are certain risks in Internet transmission and storage, and you need to bear the risks that may be brought by network security incidents.

    Note: We have disabled the advertising ID collection function and do not collect Advertising ID.

    Used for error monitoring and crash reporting.
    Collected: Crash logs, device information (such as device model, OS version), device identifiers (depending on configuration may include Android ID, etc.; when sendDefaultPii is enabled may contain more device details), IP address (for geographic rough positioning).

  7. In-App Purchase SDK (in_app_purchase + in_app_purchase_storekit)
    Used for membership subscription and payment.
    Collected: Purchase-related transaction information, receipt data (processed by Apple/Google), device basic identifiers (for verification).
    Purpose: Processing App Store / Google Play in-app purchases, subscription verification, payment completion.

  8. Tencent Cloud ASR SDK (asr_plugin, local plugin calling Tencent Cloud ASR service)
    Used for voice input recognition, converting user voice to text for voice interaction functions (such as voice mood recording, voice consultation, etc.).
    Collected: Voice audio data (real-time or offline upload for transcription processing), device basic information (such as device model, operating system version, network type, IP address), SDK call logs (may include AppID, request time and other anonymous identifiers).
    Purpose: Achieving accurate voice-to-text conversion, improving voice interaction experience, error log analysis and service optimization.

    (Note: The SDK mainly processes voice content itself and does not directly collect MAC address, Android ID or installed application list and other device identifiers. We have adopted minimized configuration and only upload necessary voice data for transcription; audio data is encrypted and stored on Tencent Cloud and processed as needed. Sensitive mental health related voice content will not be used for other purposes and strictly complies with the requirements of the Personal Information Protection Law.)
  9. Device Info Plugin (device_info_plus)
    Used for obtaining device basic information to optimize services and conduct error analysis.
    Collected Fields: Device model, operating system version, SDK version number, manufacturer, brand, device serial number (Serial Number/SN).
    Note: This plugin will read the device serial number (SN), we only use it locally for compatibility judgment, crash positioning, and application stability assurance, will not upload to the server, will not share with third parties, and will not be used for advertising or user tracking.
    Collection Timing: Only obtained after the user agrees to the Privacy Policy, when the first network request is initiated.
    Purpose: User behavior analysis, crash troubleshooting, service optimization, device compatibility judgment.

We undertake to invoke SDKs only for the implementation of the above functions and adopt de-identification and encryption measures to protect data. Legal Requirements: In the case of legal requirements, public safety or legitimate requests from government agencies, we may disclose your personal information.

  5. Account Deletion: You can voluntarily delete your account through "Profile - System Settings - Delete Account" in the Application. VI. Auto-start Description

To ensure the normal functioning of the desktop widget feature, after the device boots up, we will automatically start relevant services in the background to periodically refresh widget content daily, providing you with the latest mindfulness recommendations. This feature is only enabled after you add a desktop widget, and you can disable this service by removing the desktop widget.

VII. Protection of Minors

This Application does not provide services to minors under 18 years of age. If you are a minor under 18 years of age, please read this Policy under the accompaniment of a guardian and use it after obtaining consent. If we find that a minor has provided personal information without authorization, we will immediately delete the relevant information.

VIII. Child Privacy

This Application is not designed and served for children under 16 years of age. We will not intentionally collect personal information of children under 16 years of age. If we find that such information has been collected, we will immediately delete it.

IX. Changes to the Privacy Policy
